Get Together Foundation for the Children was formed in 1995 as a way for young professionals and businesses alike to give back to the community and help mold New York City's future - its children.
Through our fundraising efforts, we've been fortunate enough to put the resources for a brighter future into the hands of less fortunate children, giving them the chance to play on an even playing field with those of greater advantage.
Our gifts have included replacing entire libraries in child development centers; providing institutions with learning toys and manipulatives necessary to stimulate the children's young, inquisitive minds; equipping after-school programs with computer centers.
Today, Get Together Foundation for the Children has expanded it's reach past a small group of college friends to a network of more than 1000 young professionals, while still retaining the mission of helping New York City's disadvantaged youth get a "leg up" by providing them with the resources they need to compete.
